call me out: 2022 edition

it's the start of a new year, so new call me out! a lot of the characters i have here are obscure, but i do have some non-obscures. all characters will have a description listed below, and don't worry about being canon unfamiliar: if you have any questions or wish to discuss detailed plotting (although you can do that in this post, too) please let me know at tsundereban or Len#9692.

himeko inaba ( kokoro connect ) a young girl - age varying depending on canonpoint or AU - who has deeply rooted trust issues, and because of that, she's opted to become observant and analyzes the situations around her. she cares about her friends deeply, but she has a tendency to hide it ( along with any other weakness ) as she's super insecure about how she comes off to other people. she doesn't want to be seen as weak, in spite of actually being weak.

rika furude ( higurashi no naku koro ni ) three variants of her exist. there is her at a small age, around ~6 years old or so, her 11 year old variant, and her teenage variant. in canon, rika is a mischievious girl who acts pure and innocent around others and blends in rather well with her surroundings. and with higurashi spoilers: she is also someone who has died and looped the year 1983 for over a hundred years.

mion sonozaki ( higurashi no naku koro ni ) two variants of her exist. i have both her younger iteration and her older gou variant. basically yakuza, mion is the heir of the sonozaki family. in spite of this, however, she's a caring girl who thinks about her friends first and is willing to do a lot for those that she cares for. acts tomboyish and calls herself 'uncle' or 'old geezer' but is actually girlish on the inside. she loves to play games, but not ones that don't have penalty games. also soft, but is well versed in the art of kicking your ass.

shion sonozaki ( higurashi no naku koro ni ) younger twin sister of mion, and is girlish on the inside. enjoys bullying, teasing, and flirting but has a lot of insecurities that she's good at hiding.

satoko houjou ( higurashi no naku koro ni ) specifically, her gou/sotsu variant. teenage girl who is mischievious and enjoys using traps to her advantage. also, spoilers: she also at one point considers herself a 'witch' that can basically timeloop. she's dealt with a lot of trauma and projects her problems to other people, but it's fine.

bernkastel ( umineko no naku koro ni ) the witch of miracles. known as the cruelest witch in the world. don't bore her, alright...?

sakura matou ( fate/ ) a young teen that's dealt with a lot of cw: abuse but is a kind girl at heart. she loves to cook and clean and is also rather good at archery. dark sakura variant also available.

zange/hakua suzushiro ( kannagi ) goddess that's possessing a girl's body. over the top and the younger sister. loves attention. she's also an ~idol~ of sorts but her singing is godawful.

melissa 'mucchi' crown ( original character ) calf turned human thanks to a person's wish. youngest sibling in a family of three. is part of a singing duo with her older, much more naive brother. a little mischievous.

marie amabuki ( caligula effect 2 ) spoiler territory. someone who is trapped in a virtual world and acts as the kind president of the school in that world.

[ Mikey... doesn't often find himself out of his depth.

He takes everything in stride. Even when Shinichiro died... when Baji died... when Emma died, he faltered, but recovered quickly - at least on the outside. He had to be strong, for the sake of everyone else he cared about. Mikey always, always, tries to be strong. He can't show any weakness.

That's why, when he finds himself in a strange, unfamiliar place, he doesn't panic - despite the uncomfortable feeling of fear creeping up on him. When he sets his eyes on the woman before him... he can tell straight away that something's off about her. She has this aura about her... that's difficult to put into words. But he swallows, and steps forward nonetheless. ]

Who are you? ...Did you bring me here?

[ This was...

...odd, to say the least. After what happened in Cartesio, she didn't really feel quite at home, really. While she was happy to have her powers back, the fact that she was not the real Kinomoto Sakura made her feel a lot of conflicting things. And naturally, because she had the wish to see her, the 'real' (so to speak) Sakura--

Well, let's just say that she's managed to find a way into Tomoeda, somehow. ]

I wonder if I can meet her...

[ 'Her', of course, meaning the real Sakura. ]

[ Bernkastel is seated on a rather small chair with a fancy, circular table that holds a teacup and a cup of freshly brewed tea; one which she takes a sip of before properly speaking. ]

You should consider yourself lucky, Sano Manjiro.

[ She drops his full name in spite of him not having introduced himself just yet. That's quite peculiar. Nevertheless, Bernkastel drones on in her usual steady, but unemotional tone. ]

It's not often that I invite a guest to the Sea of Fragment. But I suppose you could say that I was growing a little... bored, however, so I peered into the Fragment nearest to me, read a little story, and decided that you would be the most appropriate person to have a little tea party with. My name is Bernkastel. And I am the Witch of Miracles. Does that answer your question? Come, have a seat.

[It times with this other Sakura arriving, that this dimension's Sakura is just getting out of school, on one of the afternoons she does not have cheer practice or anything. Tomoyo and Syaoran were both busy though, so she waves farewell to them, wishing her friends luck in her singing practice as Akiho and Tomoyo go to their lessons, before she starts to walk back home to get started on her chores. She has no reason yet to sense something might not quite be right, not immediately picking up on the other Sakura's presence. She has no reason to be wary or cautious, anyway. Perhaps once the other gets close enough Sakura might be more on guard in sensing something, but. For now she simply makes her way home alone.]

I wonder what I should make for dinner tonight....and I bet Kero's hungry too, so I'll probably make some snacks before doing my homework and a little cleaning up.

[clearities]

[ Sakura hears the familiar voice and it gets to pause - just for a moment. She doesn't really know how to confront her other self (after all, how does she explain the fact that she's a copy? how would she react?) - so she just winds up scrambling to hide instead.

Although there's definitely surprised squeaks of 'hoeeee' in the distance that hides in a bush and the sound of rustling, but it's probably fine.

If she pays close attention magically though, she'll probably feel a familiar ping of magic — but it's like looking straight into a mirror; familiar and warm, but at the same time obviously different.

... What is she even doing. ]

[keystaff]

Hm? What was.....?

[That? Sakura glances, at hearing that familiar 'hoeeeeee' and the bushes. Her green eyes frowning and widening in her confusion and realization as she notes that familiar magic. She hadn't activated Mirror. So what exactly was going on? She tilts her head, peering to the bushes in following that familiar sense of magic. Because she can sense it, of course. As familiar as her own, just. Not something she is used to sensing. Her own magic. Even Touya's back then, it was different. Even with being family. Magic is unique. So of course she can pick up on that.

She blinks, still confused and surprised at seeing.....herself. She's kind of used to it with Mirror but this seems different. Is different.]

Um....hello?

[She is unsure what to make of this. But she isn't about to just immediately attack the other or anything.]

[clearities]

[ And she's caught immediately. Then again, that's to be expected of 'herself', isn't it? Sakura adjusts herself as she stands back up, wearing a rather sheepish, awkward smile. ]

Ahaha... um, hello. Sorry, this must be a little awkward, but... I really wanted to meet you.

[keystaff]

To meet....me? What? But, I didn't use Mirror.....? Um, maybe if we get home and talk there?

[More private? She is aware that Touya would be at work for a bit yet as would her father. So they would have some time? Sakura isn't sure how either would take this. If they saw. Let alone anyone else. She's unsure how else to deal with it, but she could figure it out from there once they were somewhere more private. Hopefully.]

Y-Yes, um, I'm not Mirror-- but that would work. It'd be better there anyway...

We can't let anyone see us together. So maybe.....Flight? That might be easiest. And quickest.

[She says, trying to think on the options. On how to handle this in getting them both back home safely without being spotted. Sakura has always figured just leaving Mirror behind to cover for her. Not been in a situation with both of them out in public like this necessarily.]

[ As a man, there are just some things Miyuki Shirogane is still weak against. Though he's had plenty of time to get used to having a girlfriend and being open about their relationship, there's still a few aspects that he's still coping with. Things like: what to do when your girlfriend has decided to pull you out of class. How to react when she has a certain look in her eye. If it's possible to push back even a little since you're still in school and this kinda thing...

Still, as he was pulled into the men's room (another issue in itself...!), and led into a stall, he felt his heart pounding right out of his chest.

The answer to that final question naturally, was no. That battle, Miyuki Shirogane has lost.

After a brief, very brief explanation, Miyuki finds himself sitting down, having pulled Kaguya onto him, having her straddle him as he feverishly kissed her, arms wrapped around her waist to keep her close. Honestly, what was he supposed to do about this, would they really... in here? ]

[ After having horrendously embarrassed herself just a few days ago, she knew that she had to make up for her losses. Besides, they could get away with it just by using the excuse that they had to do "important student council work" and none would be the wiser.

It's not like they're going to do this often, nor are they going to start getting failing grades because they decided to do the silly hormonal thing that teenagers sometimes do and sneak off in the middle of class to have sex.

Why, nobody would ever expect it!

Besides, there's not much time left before graduation. Soon, they'll go from being teenagers to being proper adults in a working society. Their lives would completely change. So why not tick some of those base desires off her checklist?

When she breaks the kiss, she still keeps close to him, pressing her forehead against his own as she lets out a bit of a breathy set of laughs, more amused rather than mocking. Although there's definitely hints of mischief there, too. ]

Fufu... It's quite exciting, isn't it? [ And then she leans in, lips brushing against his ear as she uses a free hand to tuck a strand of hair behind her own ear. ] The president and vice president sneaking away, whatever shall they do...

[ Her actions sent a shiver down his spine-- no one really could have expected it, much less the president himself! The last thing he figured he'd do was make out and eventually do it during class... though, he'd be lying if he didn't ever think about it.

Just a basic passing thought, mostly... of how he'd held himself back from time to time, during meetings, as they spoke between classes. What he'd do if they were locked in that shed again. No one could stop them if the door had been barred from the inside.

The real difference was in Kaguya deciding to act. If it was her decision to have sex during class, he sure as hell wouldn't say no. ]

Who knew the vice president had such a wild side to her? [ He exhales, one hand sliding up Kaguya's leg to her thigh, daring to brush against her panties-- ]

If she's not careful, the president may get used to it. [ He won't allow his grades to slip any further... but, having the idea of sneaking out to have sex on campus planted in his head, that was treading dangerous waters. ]

Well, don't get too used to it, then.

[ Kaguya lets out a slight sigh, sounding almost displeased -- but in the fashion that isn't entirely serious or miffed about it. Although now that they're talking about themselves like this, as president and vice president (which wasn't a lie!) there's definitely something different about it.

Dangerous, perhaps?

Did starting it up like that light up a certain fire in her...?

Maybe she should hide the fact that she likes it a bit too much. ]

After all--

[ And then she squeaks a bit when his fingertips roam against her skin getting close to her underwear. ]

... A-After all...

[ Okay, no, she's losing it. ]

It's only normal to want to do it with your boyfriend at least once, right?! It's not as if I've concocted a list of ideas of 'how' or 'what' or 'when' or 'where', or started researching after everything...!

[ It's a bold faced lie. ]

[ Really, he knows he shouldn't. It was a dangerous precedent to set, and Miyuki would be all but willing to keep it going. Kaguya's response to his touch only spurred him further, lips brushing at her neck.

What would the other students say if the head of the student council, the two students who among all others was meant to present a good example to the entire school, were sneaking out like this?

It'd be a hell of a scandal. It'd probably send ripples throughout the entire country, even.

So. A bit dangerous. ]

Is that a fact? [ He could tell. The idea was just too appealing... as he spoke, he ran his thumb along the elastic of her panties, before slipping down to rub her through the material. ]

Let's say... you did make such a list. What, and when, and where...?

Ahh... you can't just ask so suddenly...!

[ She tries to bite back the moan that comes out when he starts to feel her like that, squirming only ever so slightly. Sure, she started this and dragged him here herself, but the fact that he's trying to turn the tables on her is...! Is...!!

Both a combination of exciting and embarrassing at the same time.

But, if he really wants her to answer, then...

If she says it, would he actually follow through for her later? Or will he tease her about it? Both options are certainly viable. But she throws caution to the wind for now, her face bright red as she answers. ]

[ That's it, that's her one admission. He doesn't get to hear any more right now!! No, instead-- ]

[ There's a bit of a huff there. But she is rather curious as to what kinds of things he likes in this regard. ]

[ The showers... he'd briefly thought of that before, but when they're both together and Shinomiya would be behind him, her nude form pushed up against him and...

Ahh, maybe that was a thought that could wait. The real Kaguya was on him right now, and she was every bit as erotic at the moment than he could even picture in his mind. It'd be too dangerous and slightly disappointing for him to rush right through it, but it's getting harder and harder to hold back.

On top of, other things getting harder.

As for her demand, it was tough to narrow it down. Teenage boy that he was, he'd thought of a considerable amount of scenarios, multiple places, but one really stuck out to him. It may shatter her perception of him in a sense, but... ]

[ Their sacred student council room. ]

[ Truthfully, she thought that perhaps she'd get him, turn the tables around and perhaps tease him.

But then when he says that in particular, the only thing that Kaguya herself can manage is her face burning hot, her voice squeaking in every syllable. He got her good this time. ]

T- The student council room...!?

[ Her voice is a bit pitchy now, and her imagination is going wild. Was he really the kind of person that would do something so risky? Or maybe that was the appeal? Was doing it on his desk a way for him to assert his dominance on her...? Even though that room is definitely sacred and they shouldn't be doing such weird things there, the more she imagines it, the more appealing it seems to get.

The mental image of him pinning her to the desk while taking her from behind is definitely a lot, that's for sure.

And it's be so easy to pull off, too... ]

[ As if she's one to talk. ]

[ He stops himself. It might sound like a complaint, as if it was really him being forced into it. Of course it wasn't, of course he was up for this. Instead, he swirls his thumb, just a little more. ]

It's rhetorical anyway...

[ No way he'd ever sully their room like that, right? Even if it was a true thought, something he'd thought of even before they had started dating. Just an eruption of tension, the two suddenly unable to keep their hands off of each other, pinning her down, kneeling in front of her on the desk, her on him in his chair...

Shit. The idea drove him wild, more than he'd considered. It was enough to get him to push forward, to trap her lips once more as his hands slip around to her hips, attempting to lift her just a bit. ]

Shinomiya, I have to... my pants--

[ They've gotta come down just a bit. Enough to free his erection, needing it... wanting her. ]

[ She retorts, but stops herself short.

No, she can't gripe at him at a moment like this! Sure, she was about to say that the two places are completely different, that they have different connotations, but at the same time...

There's something about doing it there that's thrilling. She gets that, the sort of excitement. Besides, they were only young once. They were only a part of the student council once. Why not take some risks...?

But then he just mentions that it's just a rhetorical, a silly little scenario that he tucked in the back of his mind and her anxiety peaks. Perhaps she shouldn't have said anything at all. How stupid could she get?

For a moment, she's distracted with lips on hers, but even then that doesn't last.

Because she can tell. He's needy and hard, and she's wanting.

She can't ruin the moment, so she shifts a bit, trying to give him some space, before speaking up. Her voice is a little timid, a little nervous. A shyness that's only meant for him. ]

If...

[ Oh, no. Why are her words caught now? ]

I know you said it was just rhetorical, but if that's what you really want, president... then, just once is okay, right?

[ "Just once."

It's a pitiful excuse, because she knows that 'just once' could turn into multiple times. Her heart is pounding loudly out of her chest, just waiting to burst; she can feel it. ]

After all, it's not fair to just have my own selfish desires fulfilled.

[ To stand on equal footing. That's what being in a relationship is about. ]

[ --She agreed to it?

Obviously there was a little more gravitas and importance between the room they shared for so long, and any other room in the school. As unlikely as it was during class, someone could appear in the restroom. Meanwhile, someone they consider a friend could appear in the student council room-- riskier, that much more terrifying... but, a once in a lifetime opportunity.

They were speaking in hypotheticals, right? Sure, Shinomiya probably did think about it to some degree, but they weren't being that upfront about it.

For the time being, he focuses on unbuckling, zipping, and pulling his pants down just enough to free his erection from its constraints. His heart's pounding, his throat feels dry... and when he's done, he puts his hands back on her hips. ]

I... won't say no to that.

[ Even though he was the one who brought it up. ]

If it's something we both want, it couldn't be that selfish. We have to make the most of our time together, after all.

[ Which makes that a slippery slope-- right now, he can't handle sorting out his desires. He wants her, wants to take in all of her, and wants to do his best. ]

They need to make the most of their time together before it's gone. Before he has to leave for four years. ]

[ His words make her heart flutter. He makes her extremely happy in this way... he does know that, doesn't he? ]

Fufu. [ Lips curve into a grin, but it's not one full of mischief. It's something a lot warmer. ] If you say it like that, I might end up monopolizing all your time to myself.

[ When he brought up the idea, it was certainly more of a pipe dream than anything. There was no way that was ever in the cards... but, at the same time, neither was him ever being able to date Kaguya Shinomiya. And yet here they were, this close, tantalizingly so, with the "threat" of spending more time like this. ]

Honestly... at this rate, it'll be hard enough just keeping our hands off of each other. Will it even be okay?

[ There's a smirk on his face as he says that. Of course, he's just as happy too. Of course, he may want to hang out with the others at some point, but right now he's laser focused on her, and how she wants to spend time with him. How can he not be happy about that? ]

So then.

[ Leaning up momentarily, he pulls her close for a brief kiss, mumbling to her. ]

Were you going to take them off? Or are you giving me the honor?

[ Which also begs one more question that he can't bring himself to ask. Did she want them back? ]
