[There were all sorts of creeps wandering around at night. A trio of delinquents who were looking to pick up chicks were currently trailing Zange. They were aiming to expand their territory, so they figured that there was no harm in picking up some trophies in the process? But these weren't ordinary thugs.. They had possessed the souls of demons.]

Hey there, babe! You shouldn't be walking around alone at night!

Why don't you hang with us? We can take you somewhere safe.

I-I dunno, guys... Something about her smells funny. But the nun habit's pretty hot.

[ Being a goddess, she can definitely sense out demons, sighing a little bit as she stops on her heel, immediately putting her sign on the ground with a bit of a flourish, even as her lips still curving into what seems to be an innocent smile.

[One of the two delinquents hangs back as the other two approaches Zange looking more annoyed. The more cowardly one was just hanging back and being a hype man. They weren't below show a girl what happens whenever they crossed their kind.]

Innocent girls like you oughta be playing at church. No God will save you if you keep talking shit.

[The first big guy goes reeling in to punch Zange in the face. And the second guy has a knife armed at the ready.]

[ But of course she might look innocent but she is very much willing to kick all of their asses, dodging with ease as she knees one in the face and kicks the knife from the other guy's hand. ]

[The first guy goes down and the second one is getting really intimidated. His bravado is the only one that allowed him to keep going.]

[And he goes in for a grab to try and bring her to the ground. It was more out of desperation than a calculated attack.]

Geez, what a pain!

[ She can't help but let out a noise of annoyance and while he might make an attempt at a grab, she'll grab him by the arm and go right on ahead and toss him. ]

[The second guy goes down and the third one? Well, he's just going to stand there and punch himself out. There was no way that he'd beat her if his pals couldn't...

Running around a corner, Masao will arrive after hearing the noise. Compared to the other three, he looked more well mannered and nerdy. Yet he possessed immense spiritual energy if one looked hard enough. He knew that there was gang violence in the area, but didn't expect his own to be attacked.]

Hey! What's going on here?! [Three of his friends were down and there was only a girl. Something about her made his heart race deep in his soul.] What happened? Did you do this?

B-Boss... This chick... She ain't normal...

Ah, um. . .

[ Her voice suddenly turns timid and awkward when someone else walks in, although sensing the spiritual pressure. ]

These guys were harassing me.

W-what the fuck?! She was goin' full bitch a few seconds ago!

W-well... We kinda were messin' with her.

[Masao just looks at them with stern disappointment. That face made the thugs flinch in terror. It was hard to believe a boy like him had full control over them.]

What did I tell you guys about harassing innocents? Our gang isn't the type that operates like that.

[The idiot trio awkwardly gather themselves together and prostate before Masao.] We're sorry, boss!

[They turn to prostate before Zange instead.] We're sorry, Zange-chan!

[ Zange dusts her skirt a bit and smiles in a way that seems rather cordial. ]

All is forgiven; it's fine.

[ She should be attempting exorcisms, but if they play nice and don't pull shit, then there shouldn't be any problems. ]

Go home and heal yourselves. We'll talk later.

[The delinquents shrink off with the fear of God put into them. Meanwhile, Masao picks up her sign and hands it over to Zange.]

I should be apologizing too. Certain things have been making them extra rowdy and I'm still getting the hang of leading them... They didn't hurt you, did they?

[ She takes her sign and slings it over her shoulder, smiling rather confidently as she flashes him a peace sign. ]

I'm doing just fine! But you said "certain things", right? Do you want to talk about it? Maybe this Zange-chan can help! Free of charge, of course. ✩

[He smiles rather sheepishly. Being an awkward nerd, he was kind of weak against cute girls.]
