For those who don't know Inaba: she's generally someone who acts cold, even blunt to other people, largely because she has a bunch of trust issues. When she gets close to people she tends to care about them so much that she's willing to throw away her emotions so that she can keep the people she cares about as her friends. She's extremely analytical, a computer nerd in not-so-secret (she builds computers! she's a bit of a programmer!!) and things like that.
Anyway, since this is a birthday post for her, I would definitely like to focus on that aspect of things. Give her presents, feed her thirst, things like that. Of course, presents can be Of The Fucked Up Variety (i.e: "what if I gave Himeko a thing where if she opens it she gets put under someone else's control) but look, I'm also a thirsty bitch so don't judge me about it. Okay? Okay.
Regarding any shipping stuff, she works best with characters who are selfless dumbasses, protagonist-types, characters who contrast her - she's a dark person, so someone who is lighter/genki, and people who Constantly Wear Proverbial Masks. Honestly, if you're unsure if your character would work with her: let's talk shop.

[She'll let that message chain end there - after all, she and Inaba don't live too far away. She has to make sure everything's ready!
So when Inaba arrives at Furina's apartment, she'll find a little sticky note on the door, with just "It's open~!" on it and a little heart. Should she open the front door, she'll notice the light, first; just as it had been in the photo Furina had sent her, there are several candles dotted along her living room and the hallway leading to her bedroom. Most of them are the small, electric kind, but there are a few real candles scattered around as well, tinging the air with the light, floral scent that Furina likes so much. There's another scent in the air, too - the scent of something freshly baked.
But Furina's not puttering around the kitchen. She's not there to greet Inaba, either. That leaves only one other place she can be - and once Inaba follows the trail to Furina's bedroom, she'll see a mirror of the photo gifted to her; Furina stretched out on her bed (thankfully not covered in roses, Furina had thought about it but that would make far too much of a sticky mess), one arm tucked under her head while the other pauses in idly tracing patterns along her stomach.
She smiles as Inaba enters her room, and winks.]
I see my offer was too tempting for you to resist.

[ She huffs now that she's found herself here in her room. Inaba didn't bother wearing anything fancy; instead just keeping her dark black sweater and jeans on. ]
But I won't deny that I did want to come over.

[Even as she says that, Furina smiles.]
But you know, I'm not blind! I take my job very seriously, of course, so I have to know just what my favorites like. Don't think I haven't noticed how you blush during some of our sessions. Even if that's not what you meant, I know it still excited you.
[In one fluid motion, Furina rolls off the bed and to her feet, stepping across the short distance to her door until she stops right in front of Inaba. She reaches out, placing her hands on the other girl's shoulders, and just... lets them rest there for a moment.]

[ She answers Furina with a bit of a sigh, hands rested on her hips as she properly lets all of this... sink in. ]

[One might expect it of Furina, as the Archon of Justice. But she's long since left that title behind - now she's just happy that she has friends that appreciate her enough to be honest around her. It's why she likes spoiling Inaba like this, outside of her streams.
... There might be something deeper behind how much she likes doing this with Inaba specifically, but. If Inaba's taking this as something casual, Furina won't poke too much at those feelings.]
Oh, I certainly have more than just this planned. When have you ever known me to go halfway on a show?
[She winks, leaning in like she's about to kiss Inaba - but only leaves a brief peck on her nose before grabbing her by the collar of her shirt and playfully dragging her towards one of the comfy chairs she has set up in the corner of her room, usually for her vids or streams.]
Now, come! [Hehehe-] The night's only just started, and I want it to be a good one for you!

[ Inaba answers with a huff before she finds herself dragged towards a chair, to which she promptly sits. ]
Well? What are you planning? Or am I just going to be left to deal with constant surprises...?

[Ah, she's so cute to tease... how can Furina not dig in a little?
As Inaba settles into the chair, Furina follows, settling into the other girl's lap. She isn't quite grinding just yet, but she does press down against Inaba's thighs as she hums.]
Well, first - I'm going to give you a choice. We've been doing this for a while now, but I know there's a lot bubbling in that pretty head of yours. [For emphasis, she gives Inaba a quick kiss on her forehead.] Before I put my plans into effect, tell me... is there aaaaanything you want to do to me that we haven't done yet?
[Her fingers sneak up under the hem of Inaba's shirt, not lifting it just yet, but to simply press the tips against the skin right below.]
Birthday or not, this is a place free from judgement! If you've got any deep, dark fantasies hiding in the back of your mind, now's your chance to let them out!

[ It might be a simple thing, but for Inaba, it's everything; it shows a huge sign of actual trust from someone who has problems with it. ]

[Furina's voice is surprisingly soft. After all, that's... something she can understand very well. She's lived the past five hundred years dictated by public opinion, thinking an acting in the way people expected of an Archon. Every aspect of herself and how she lived had been crafted for the good of others, so people would believe they were looking at a god when they looked to her. For so long, especially as the waters continued to rise and the looming threat of the prophecy became more and more apparent, Furina wished she could just let go, to feel safe as she felt nothing else. But she never could.
She may not know everything about Inaba, but she can understand why having no control in a situation like this is appealing. She also understands just how much Inaba must trust her, to ask for such a thing.]
Oh, Inaba...
[Her name is so warm in Furina's mouth, and when the girl leans in to kiss her again, it's right on the lips.]
I promise, I'll take very good care of you tonight. [Pause. It's hard to really ask what she's about to ask without it coming off as a complete hard right swerve from that moment of vulnerability, but. Inaba should understand, right??] Would it feel nicer if you were tied up, too?
