Guess what, guys?

We're halfway through the year! And basically, that means that it's time for yet another call me out post, fresh from the confines of sweet, sweet HTML. Basically, you want to play with me? Sweet, then climb on board the roleplaying train with me for any reason you'd like.

I love shipping a lot as I'm literally shipping trash, mind you— but it doesn't have to go that way in the slightest bit!

[He will slide closer to her, should she allow it and put an arm around her waist, his hand resting on her skirt, his finger absently stroking the fabric.]

I really do love you, Rin. This is me putting everything out there. I've never felt as happy as I just did kissing you.

[ And that's Rin being brutally honest as she folds her arms over her chest, looking away from him but it's not in the same defiant manner as before. Her cheeks are even a little bright red, too but she doesn't seem to stop him from touching her. ]

Besides. You barely know anything about me.

You'd be surprised what I know. I know you want to go to the UK to study after HS. Hell, I've been to the place that you want to study at. Remember when I was younger and I got sent away for a while? That was my Grandfather sending me to the Tower for them to study me.

[He stops stroking her leg and frowns.]

They wanted to confirm that I was Endless Nine, and then train me as a magus hunter. My mother, in one of her last moments, made my father promise not to let them take me.

[ A part of her feels rather ashamed that he somehow managed to figure out this much information. She never spoke about moving to the Clock Tower, although she did speak about moving from Japan to Europe after high school, but then she listens carefully and immediately jumps back and makes a gun-like gesture aimed at Battler.

Someone who knows about magi and isn't one is someone she can't be with.

She knows the rules, even though she doesn't like them. ]

You shouldn't have said anything.

[He looks hurt at her reaction.]
What, I shouldn't have told you about how the Clock Tower experimented on me? Threw magecraft ability after magecraft ability at me to see if it stuck? Brought monsters with reality warping powers to test me and see what happened?
[He stands to look at her.]
Nothing could affect me, and they wanted me to become an assassin for the Mages. I'm baring my scars to you right now, Rin. Don't push me away.

You don't understand, do you? Before I am a student, I am a magus.

[ Her voice is even and cold, regardless of the fact of that she's revealed herself. Of course, it doesn't matter, given that he's revealed himself as a magus killer. She's already participated in the Holy Grail War, after all; this should be a cinch compared to that.

But reality warping monsters? How was that even possible? It would most likely have to deal with some of Second Magic at play but that... seems strange even then. ]

I could kill you right now for telling me this.

And you don't understand either, Rin. Before I am a Student, I'm an Ushiromiya, with all the baggage that carries with it, and before I am an Ushiromiya, I'm Battler.

[He smirks a bit and takes a step towards her, letting her outstretched finger touch his chest, basically stepping into point blank range.]

I'm the grandson of Kinzo the Alchemist, Son of Asamu and Rudolph Ushiromiya, half-brother to Ange Ushiromiya. My branch was bread to be resistant.

[He looks away.]

And I've decided to walk away from all of it, all the pain and the suffering, all the houses, the magus killers, the church, the tower, the Ancestors...and I want to walk away with Rin. Not the Magus, not the Student, just Rin.
