[ Keiichi wasn't really looking forward to this trip. It doesn't help that he doesn't even know who his dad is going to visit. Some old classmate or something. But what stinks most of all is that he's really gotten used to getting to sneak around with Mion after school. Almost every day, after club activities, they usually end up staying late to, ahem, clean up the classroom or go make out under the cover of the bus station.

It's almost pathetic how much he misses that. At least his parents are out of the hotel room and he has the ability to call her. She should be home by now, so while lounging around on the hotel room bed, he dials her number and waits for it to ring.

He's been wanting to try this for a while now, so hopefully she picks up. (And hopefully, she doesn't happen to actually be Shion this time. That was an awkward phone call.) ]
