[ When you awaken, you're in what seems to be an abandoned warehouse; it looks like the place hasn't been used for its original intent in ages, though the smell of copper permeates the area. The carcasses of corpses lie around here and there - some dismembered, some completely intact - along with creepy, oversized masks of rabbits.

The warehouse itself isn't that big -- there's two floors, and many doors. However, each door is locked, and the only way through is to find a key.

However, you're not alone. There's a girl who seems to be panicking nervously, fiddling with her skirt anxiously as she sits on her wheelchair, glancing every now and again at you, not all that certain as what to do. At least, that's before you awaken, which is when she gasps in sheer surprise. ]

You're-- you're finally awake.

He and Kei-chan were my closest friends... I saw them together but it was only a few days before my birthday. Even if he lied--he's really bad at gifts. Maybe--oh god...

[She knows she killed him. At the time she thought it had been justified. Though, now, remembering what Yu had said to her during the Rabbit Doubt game. How he had stayed in her hospital room even though it was dangerous to him.

There are only two crimes I cannot forgive in this world: Poisoning, and betrayal. Rei... you may not have pulled the trigger, but this blood is still on your hands. You betrayed me, you've made others betray their closest friends. For that... I can never forgive you. Ever.

[ Her fingers curl into tight fists, but it's only momentary as she loosens it up. She doesn't care. She doesn't care. ]

And? It doesn't change anything in the slightest. Just because you have Mitsuki now doesn't mean anything. You won't be able to stop me. This game is one that lasts forever. Anyway, I promised a way out in exchange for that, didn't I?

[ Steps walk closer to the door as she gives them a cold stare. bending over as she lifts her skirt, taking off the barcode sticker off her thigh as she scans it onto the machine, the door unlocking with a click. ]

And now you can leave. If you try to bring me along with you, I won't hesitate to use my last resort. [ Holding up her phone with a grin, her finger right on the button to activate whatever her plan is. ]

[bystandering]

[She's really not even paying attention now. There's only one thing, beyond the grief, that she's thinking. Why would she give up on her so easily? Then it hits her. Maya Fey. Rei's just simply moving on to a new target.

...She'll talk to Phoenix later on that point, though.]

[Phoenix stares at Rei for a bit before helping Mitsuki up. He knows, sooner or later, she'll have to account for what she did. Maybe they'll allow leniency. He'd certainly argue for her on that account.

As he moves to leave, though, he stops.]

Wolves and sheep. Leave a sheep with a wolf, and the wolf will eat the sheep. Sort of sounds like it calls for a farmer, doesn't it?

[Hmm... yes, she'll definitely have to try that door later. If she's lucky, the same bar code should work.

For now, here's the room with all the medical supplies. Once again, Anna's priority immediately becomes find something sharp. Knife substitutes are important! But if there's nothing like that lying around, well... nothing to do but make note of the fact that there's fresh blood and this room has obviously seen some recent use.

If there's nothing else of note, she'll move back to retrieve the arm and give the bar code a try on the other door's scanner.]

[ If she's lucky.

Unfortunately, she won't get out easily because it doesn't look like the barcode works on two different doors. Nice try, though. ]

Oh, how sweet. It's amusing how your Pikachu wants to stay with you right until the bitter end.

[Of course. Oh well, seems she can ditch the arm on her way out after all. But she'll definitely note this door as a possible exit for later.

Time to make her way back to that path where she split off with that Rei girl. There must be something down that way too. It's a shame they had no way of communicating... the girl might have found something useful and not even realized it.]

[ He was about to run before Mitsuki changes her stance. He gives Pikachu a small signal to not come closer which only confuses the electric mouse more. Why? ]

[Well, there's a library down that way, it seems. But no Rei.]

[She's definitely moving towards Ash now.]

That's right. Amusing.

[... Interesting. This could be a very bad thing. But the first thing she'll do is look around the room for anything that might be (or be concealing) an exit.

And while she's at it, she'll give the books some passing glances. Just in case they might be relevant somehow, or give her a clue as to where this place actually is.]

[What she will find are several articles on real life Rabbit Doubt enactments, a group suicide with only one survivor, and plenty, plenty of files on various people.

[No other exits... Rei must have backtracked, but where she could have ended up in this place is anyone's guess. Anna sighs in frustration, thinking to herself that this is exactly why she doesn't babysit children. One of the reasons. She supposes she'll have to make sure she's safe later. What a pain. (Anna, why can't you just admit to yourself that you can't quite bring yourself to abandon her?)

Anyway, that file certainly catches her attention! The second she sees it, she immediately grabs it, to check through what information might be contained in it. There might be a clue as to why she'd been taken to this ridiculous place.

... And while she's at it, she should look for Rei's file, too... there must be one, right?]

[All the information in the files are newspaper clippings, magazine clippings, and literally information the government may have. Along with some online research.

However, what it doesn't explain are the reasons why she was taken. Sorry, Anna.

As for Rei's file, if you're searching for it... no dice. It doesn't seem to be in here, though the "library" looks like it's missing several files to begin with. Hm.]

[ Ash takes a small step back out of instinct as Pikachu sparks his cheeks a little, only to stop when Ash gives him a warning look. ]

[Well. Someone's been busy. She can appreciate the skill it must have taken to snoop on her so effectively, but all the same, she'll be taking this file, thank you very much. (Though if they're this thorough, they probably have backups. She really has to find who's behind this!)

Strange that Rei's file is missing, though. Could she have taken it and the others? ... No, that's too simple an explanation. She has to find the girl to be sure.]

... Rei?

[She cautiously calls out. There'd been no sign of their captors this whole time, but she's been silent just in case. Now it's getting to the point where she, annoyingly, needs to confirm some information with that child. Which she can't do if she can't find her.]

Rei?!

[After calling a little louder, she'll resume her search. What a nuisance this has become...]

[There doesn't seem to be any answer coming from Rei herself; it seems that she has disappeared for good, almost as if she had never existed in the first place.
