The fact that she was now at his bedside just waiting for him to wake up after getting hit hard in the head was definitely not a part of today's plans for her, but he seemed to be relatively fine otherwise.

[ And she gets up to do that. ]

[He bows his head before taking their dishes to the kitchen. Though he had hoped that a few minutes apart might help settle his thoughts, maybe help him shake off the Yuuto-isc persona that he’s settled into, he can’t actually detach himself from emotions.

By the time that he’s cleaned the last dish, he has decided that he doesn’t mind them so much.

He quietly comes back to the living room, wondering if she’s fallen asleep.]

Himeko? Sorry to keep you waiting…

[ She has and is laying on the side of the couch, although hearing the familiar voice gets her to wake up, letting a small noise as she rubs her eyes. ]

...ah, I wasn't asleep for too long, was I?

[He reaches out to gently pat her head, with the intention of encouraging her to stay on the couch.]

Not long at all… Do you need more sleep? You’ve been at Yuuto’s side since the accident. Your body and mind must be exhausted.

[He seems glad to sit down, though still too nervous to fully relax.]

Thank you... If I am to be honest, spending a few quiet moments with you would be nice for me as well. I've never tried relaxing before.

[ She leans up against him a bit, trying to rest her head on his shoulder. ]

It's hard to, a lot of the time. At least, for me.

[That does make him tense for a moment. Then he slowly begins to relax, tilting his head to tap against hers. It feels different from his memories.]

I know time is flowing normally when I feel it with my power, but for reason... It feels like it's slowing down right now?

Who knows. I've lost what's 'normal' at this point.

I wouldn't know where to begin either... But I wouldn't mind if this was 'normal.'

[He closes his eyes and sighs contently.]

It feels nice... Sitting like this with you...
