[ When you awaken, you're in what seems to be an abandoned warehouse; it looks like the place hasn't been used for its original intent in ages, though the smell of copper permeates the area. The carcasses of corpses lie around here and there - some dismembered, some completely intact - along with creepy, oversized masks of rabbits.

The warehouse itself isn't that big -- there's two floors, and many doors. However, each door is locked, and the only way through is to find a key.

However, you're not alone. There's a girl who seems to be panicking nervously, fiddling with her skirt anxiously as she sits on her wheelchair, glancing every now and again at you, not all that certain as what to do. At least, that's before you awaken, which is when she gasps in sheer surprise. ]

You're-- you're finally awake.

[ Thankfully, there's a beep, causing the light to turn from red to green, along with the click of the door. It seems that he's able to open it, thankfully. Which causes a sigh of relief from Rei's end.

However, it's probably not going to be pretty on the other side of that door. ]

[wright_idea]

Brace yourself. We may not like what we see.

[He cautiously opens the door, prepared for, well, the worst.]

[bystandering]

[There's a faint stench of dried blood in the air as the door opens. It's a fairly open space--not as open as the previous warehouse room but still open enough. Except there was a big difference. In the light there is another person not a few feet away from the door.

She seems to blink slowly as the door opens. She steps forward, favoring her left leg. At this close range several other details might be apparent. The fact that she has a white bandage around her neck (that has a faint stain on it) and the fact that she seems a little pale.]

[dolosa]

Wright-san...! I think there's someone there.

[ She seems rather surprised as she gasps at the sight. She seems to be injured too, which might mean that she was probably captured by their captors. ]

[wright_idea]

Y... yeah, I see. She doesn't seem to be in good shape...

[He approaches her carefully.]

Hey, are you okay?

[bystandering]

[She seems a little slow to react. As if she wasn't paying attention until now. When she does speak, it's with a stiff nod.]

Y-yeah.

[She also seems to be dressed in the same sort of outfit that the others with rabbit heads had been in: white shirt and dress pants.] I was just thinking when you opened the door.

[dolosa]

Thinking?

[ She tilts her head to the side, rather curiously. ]

... About what?

[wright_idea]

...?

[Why do I... suddenly have a weird feeling of dread?]

[bystandering]

About how to escape, of course.

[She looks to the side.]

I've got family to get back to.

[dolosa]

So there were other people besides us who were stuck here... Though we did see that guy in the other room with the mask.

[wright_idea]

[Ha ha ha... of course, what else would somebody think about in a crazy place like this? Man, I am WAY too jumpy.]

Yeah... We need to get out of here as soon as we can, though. That guy needs medical attention really badly. Do you have any ideas?

[bystandering]

Medical attention...? There's a locked door in here and the doorway to the room I woke up in. It looked like some kind of medical station. Maybe we can find something in there to help him out?

[She seems to be a little more alert now and gives a sigh of relief.]

I'm glad I found other people, though. I've been alone in here.

[dolosa]

M-- maybe. We'd have to carry him over there and figure out what's wrong with him. He didn't look very well, from what we could see. And...

[ There's a visible pause in her words before she adds: ]

He said some strange things.

[wright_idea]

Very strange, yeah. Something about "the liar must die." It was pretty creepy.

[Medical supplies... I'm not sure how much they'd help, but we could at least look and see what they have.]

Maybe you could lead the way, miss...?

[bystandering]

Liars, huh? That's pretty creepy.

[She gives a shiver.]

Haruka. I can show you the way no problem.

[dolosa]

[ Rei takes a glance at Phoenix for further instruction; should they follow her first or carry the man there first? ]

[wright_idea]

Let's make sure there's anything actually of use in there first. Last thing we need to do is endanger the guy's health by carting him around more than necessary.

[bystandering]

That makes sense. This way, then...

[There's flight of stairs leading to a small balcony but she ignores it, heading for an open door next to the stairs instead. Inside is set up like a small medical station with shelves of medicines with dust covered bottles. A tray of instruments is next to a bed. A roll of bandages looks like it's been unrolled next to the tray.

She lingers near the entrance.]

[dolosa]

[ She follows, knowing that going up the stairs was clearly impossible for her. ]

Do you think... any of this is usable? [ It could be a trap. The medicine, that is. ]

[wright_idea]

Hard to say. Looks like it hasn't been used in a while, anyway. And I admit I'm not much of a doctor.

[He heads in to take a closer look at what's available.]

[bystandering]

[The medicines seem to consist of some tranquilizers, one full of aspirin (this one looks like it's considerably less dusty than the others), and what looks like to be various other sorts of things. As for the tools...there's a few scalpels, a pair of scissors, and other such things. They're all jumbled together, though.]

[dolosa]

That... really is a lot of stuff. But I don't know what we would be able to bring back to that guy.

[ She doesn't know anything about this kind of crap. ]

[wright_idea]

[He sighs.]

We don't even know what's wrong with him exactly. It'd probably just be better if we left and found someone who knows what they're doing.

[bystandering]

[She stays quiet during their investigation, only to speak up at the end. She's been standing near the door the entire time.]

You never really let your ignorance stop you before.

[She's read your files, Phoenix. She knows.]

[dolosa]

... Huh? Before?

[ Did she just say what she thinks she just said? ]
