"Welcome to the S.S Phoenix! We hope you enjoy your stay!"


    You open your eyes feeling a little stiff. The last thing you recall is seeing your planet get destroyed before a hand reached out to you--Captain's hand. You were then greeted with the same introductory phrase before receiving the keys to their brand new dorm, a device--you're told it's called the Babelfish, something that allows you to interact with others through the interdimensional network--and perhaps an extra thing or two.

    You are then ushered into the onboarding area, where you can see your fellow passengers. Some foreign faces, perhaps even some familiar ones. Before you are given any time to think, however, Captain, at the head of the room, speaks up.

    "Once again, welcome new guests, to the S.S. Phoenix! You may call me Captain. Today is your first day of onboarding, where you can get to learn more about us and your fellow passengers.

    We are part of the Interdimensional Galactic Coalition, a system that was created to keep order and peace amongst the multiverse. This ship that you're currently in is now your new home. Consider the card that you have obtained your citizenship. However, staying here comes with a price.

    As you already know, your worlds were destroyed. And we are here to help restore those worlds into proper order. But in order to do that, you must obtain Fragments. These mysterious Fragments will then power our ship's Revival Program. Those can be found in various worlds.

    Now, if you have any further questions, now is the time to ask."

    And she opens up the floor for questions--any questions.


[ OOC: Welcome, everyone, to a long form PSL in the form of Fragment Space! The premise of this is that your character's universes have been destroyed -- player's choice on the how -- and they have been rescued by the Captain to adventure to various worlds.

This PSL will very much be an exploration/mystery setup, with various types of settings that I will work with players on.

In terms of moving things along, I will try to make sure that things move smoothly at least once a month.     At some point in your day, whether you're working on a school project, have found yourself tuckered away after a long battle, or even if you're just already dead - you find yourself falling asleep, even if you may not have the normal capacity for it.

    The world turns pitch black, darkness overtaking their sight.

    In this world of dreams, filled with nothing but the void, all there is left is a light.

    It's distant, sparkling. You can't help but want to reach out for it -

    But it is simply out of reach. Too far from your outstretched hands. You try to run, to get closer... but it never does.

    And eventually, a voice can be heard from the depths.

    "Please," it begs. "won't you help us?"

    The voice, strangely enough echoes familiarity in your ears. But you cannot seem to place the voice in your memory. You just get the sense that this is someone kind, gentle. A person you can trust.

    Regardless of whether you respond to the voice, it continues.

    "If you help us, we will grant your one true desire. A wish."

    While many may have doubts, you get the feeling that what this voice speaks is the truth.

    "There is a curse that plagues our land. We offer you a choice: to come and save our land. To help us. We are the kami that reside over this land. But fear not, child of man. We will not leave you alone in this journey. We shall make sure to protect your soul as you traverse each Fragment until our land is cleansed of the evil that befalls it.

    It may be difficult.

    However, we believe that you will be able to help us."

    Just as you open your mouth, trying to answer back or protest -

    You find yourself submerged completely into water, hearing the sound of ringing chimes as you finally open your eyes.

    You blink awake as the sunlight hits your eyes - ending up on a stone pathway. For some strange reason, you find yourself feeling a little uncomfortable, as if you had been sleeping on solid ground for quite some time.

    The chirps of the hummingbirds can be heard in the distance, loud and clear, as you find your bearings.

    The weather is nice and temperate; typical for a spring morning in the city.

    When you check your person, you find that most of your items have gone missing, but in its place are three mysterious things that you swear are not yours: a sleek, silver touchpad cellular phone, a striking red debit card with the symbol of a hummingbird that graces it, along with your full name that denotes that it is yours, and a key. And regardless of whether or not you have knowledge of these items, you find yourself intimately familiar with their basic workings.

    Looking around, you notice soon enough that you have awoken at what seems to be a shrine. And while the building is mostly intact, it seems to be old and worn down. Dried leaves pave the entire area, too.

    There also seems to be a small garden nearby, but all the plants there just seem to be withering away.

    It takes a couple of minutes before someone finally arrives to greet you, but you get the feeling that leaving the shrine grounds immediately is a very bad idea.

    The doors of the shrine eventually open up -

    Who they see revealed depends on the person. They may be familiar face, or perhaps a stranger. But what is clear, regardless of who this person is that they seem to be wearing the typical shrine garb, that of a miko.

    Eventually, they speak up:

    "Welcome, everyone, to Yawara-cho.

    Many of you may have questions, and I am here to answer many of those that may be plaguing you, as well as any additional ones that may come up.

    I am the temporary miko here at this 'Tokimoto' shrine, and I, like many of you, am not from this world. I simply act as the mediary between all of you and the kami, so any questions you have for myself personally or the kami will go through me.

    All that the kami wants is one thing: to get rid of the curse that plagues these lands, and in exchange, they will grant a single wish.

    That is the gist of it. I will now open the floor to any questions."

himeko inaba ( kokoro connect ) someone - age varying depending on canonpoint or (CR)AU - who has deeply rooted trust issues, and because of that, she's opted to become observant and analyzes the situations around her. she cares about her friends deeply, but she has a tendency to hide it ( along with any other weakness ) as she's super insecure about how she comes off to other people. she doesn't want to be seen as weak, in spite of actually being weak.

yuki izumi ( heaven burns red ) the One Sane One in a group of funny people. a rather skilled hacker that saved the world from plunging into world war 3. tsundere.

stelle ( honkai: star rail ) female protagonist. trailblazer. girl with a heart of gold, but sometimes a shitposter. likes doing missions, digging in the trash like a raccoon, and helping other people out. [CURRENTLY ON HIATUS.]

kana arima ( oshi no ko ) former child actress, now an actress/idol combo. used to be pretty famous but fell off after she Aged Out. kind of jaded, but also extremely lonely and seeks validation.

megumi aikawa ( heaven burns red ) kansai-ben psychic who sees herself as the 'savior' but actually has a lot of Complex Issues.

    This is an open post for Inaba Himeko from the Kokoro Connect series of light novels. Feel free to ask her from any canon point, AU, or CRAU.     For those who don't know Inaba: she's generally someone who acts cold, even blunt to other people, largely because she has a bunch of trust issues. When she gets close to people she tends to care about them so much that she's willing to throw away her emotions so that she can keep the people she cares about as her friends. She's extremely analytical, a computer nerd in not-so-secret (she builds computers! she's a bit of a programmer!!) and things like that.

  • nameless, due to her insignificant role. she was not given a name outside of her title.
  • also known as the "goddess of entertainment" in some circles; it was because famous people started being called 'stars' that she earned this title; as it became popular, she took on a form more befitting of this title - at least, in her 'goddess' form.
  • her power holds reign over all types of stars. just because entertainment stars became popular does not mean that she lost her power over her original domain.
  • extremely lonely, but hides it under a rather smug demeanor, especially around other supernaturals.
  • also a very hollow, empty creature - she emulates that smugness, but it is just that: an emulation. her earnest personality is generally someone who just does not care about things outside of what she is interested in.

  • other powers: perfect 'talent', but in the sense that it's all mundane things that famous people can do - perfect pitch singing, acting, the works. she can make her physical body as hot as the stars themselves. she can also sense when stars are born, die, and can create new ones. she can also shapeshift, telepathically read the minds of people who are considered stars, and use hypnosis on those who are considered weaker than her. she can also duplicate herself as needed, but her duplicates aren't exactly 'real', even if they are 'physical'.
  • in her 'human' form, her name is reika hoshimiya. reika with the japanese characters 'actor, performer, talented' and 'flower, splendor, brilliant'; hoshimiya with the characters of 'star' and 'shrine'. it ain't subtle.
  • she's about ~18-20 physically in her human form, but she's obviously much older than that.

    himeko inaba ( kokoro connect ) someone - age varying depending on canonpoint or (CR)AU - who has deeply rooted trust issues, and because of that, she's opted to become observant and analyzes the situations around her. she cares about her friends deeply, but she has a tendency to hide it ( along with any other weakness ) as she's super insecure about how she comes off to other people. she doesn't want to be seen as weak, in spite of actually being weak.

    rika furude ( higurashi no naku koro ni ) three variants of her exist. there is her at a small age, around ~6 years old or so, her 11 year old variant, and her teenage variant. in canon, rika is a mischievious girl who acts pure and innocent around others and blends in rather well with her surroundings. and with higurashi spoilers: she is also someone who has died and looped the year 1983 for over a hundred years.

    mion sonozaki ( higurashi no naku koro ni ) two variants of her exist. i have both her younger iteration and her older gou variant. basically yakuza, mion is the heir of the sonozaki family. in spite of this, however, she's a caring girl who thinks about her friends first and is willing to do a lot for those that she cares for. acts tomboyish and calls herself 'uncle' or 'old geezer' but is actually girlish on the inside. she loves to play games, but not ones that don't have penalty games. also soft, but is well versed in the art of kicking your ass.

    sakura matou ( fate/ ) a young teen that's dealt with a lot of cw: abuse but is a kind girl at heart. she loves to cook and clean and is also rather good at archery. dark sakura variant also available.

    maomao ( the apothecary diaries ) local cat just wants to mess around with medicine and poison. comes from a variation of ancient china and is an apothecary that winds up doing odd jobs solving things like a detective. she's very stoic a lot of the time as she doesn't comprehend other people very well but she does care about people and their lives.

    mafuyu asahina ( project sekai: colorful stage ) young teen who has been putting on the 'mask' of being a good girl for far too long to the point where she's lost her identity.

    ushio kofune (shadow) ( summertime rendering ) copy of a young teenage girl from an islander town that's very tomboyish and straight-laced.

    kaguya shinomiya. ( kaguya-sama ) young woman who is the only daughter of the shinomiya family, one of the richest families in all of japan. a true genius with photographic memory. due to her upbringing, she tends to wear a lot of proverbial masks and considers her personality bad, as she says it herself, she's a "shrewd woman who tries to use people for her own personal gain" but has been trying to curb that and be a better person in spite of her cold and calculating nature.

    yor forger. ( spy x family ) a secret assassin who is very soft. super strong. kind hearted and cares about her family and the company she makes. gets drunk easily and isn't very smart.

    a few prompts from the byok thing that i posted on tlh, on my musebox comm in case ppl wanted to play outside of that comm! feel free to incorporate other kinks if you want and plot with me either on plurk or discord.

    these are mostly for miyuki but like, if you somehow want to incorporate these prompts for like, another pairing, let me know. we can work something out.

    mindfuckery corruption
    Okay, so: the setup I have for this specifically is that Miyuki's decided to kidnap your character for one reason alone — she wants to transform them into her new "significant other". So she confines them in her apartment and she's been giving them food to tamper with their mind: having their memories get messed with a little, making your character more open to the suggestion of the fact (read as: lie) that hey, they've been dating for a while, etc etc.

    And basically just having some fun sex to go with that.

    I like the idea of her power bottoming here, making her significant other believe that they're the dominant one when Miyuki is really the one that's in control here.

    Also an alternative, as this also deals with mindfuckery stuff: I'm down for like, having her 'disguise/cosplay' as another character and having the other character believe it. That is 100% an option that I am down for too here. :3c


    metafuckery nonsense
    Since Totono is a game that deals with a lot of meta stuff, I want to implement it in some way here. Perhaps your character is playing the game and notices that Miyuki is both becoming sentient and trying to take over the game.

    Also willing to play through the whole setup of her being mad at your character that's playing her game because you decided to do multiple routes. And that winds up with her controlling the visual novel that's out of your character's control. Obviously there'll be sex scenes, etc etc.

    I like the idea of her actually being able to see into 'reality' through like, the player's webcam or something like that, too. Other ideas are absolutely welcome!

    This one is actually a bit of an offshoot of the last one!

    Basically, the idea is that Miyuki, now completely sentient decides to use the visual novel as a medium to hypnotize someone who's playing it and control them.

    An alternate idea, if we don't want to go the meta route is that perhaps she's hypnotizing them for revenge, kind of similar to the first prompt.

    Some ideas with this is that maybe it goes wrong for her, as she's not exactly a hypnotist expert and it backfires on her so that she's the one hypnotized instead? Also as a note: I love combining this with like, body mods and stuff. If we do go the meta route, perhaps if it goes wrong, the player can program in some things (i.e: sensitivity increase, bigger breasts, futa, etc) or like, perhaps the mouse can be used like an actual person's hand, too.

    This is an open post for Inaba Himeko from the Kokoro Connect series of light novels. Feel free to ask her from any canon point, AU, or CRAU. But this is especially for ✨BIRTHDAY BULLSHIT✨

    For those who don't know Inaba: she's generally someone who acts cold, even blunt to other people, largely because she has a bunch of trust issues. When she gets close to people she tends to care about them so much that she's willing to throw away her emotions so that she can keep the people she cares about as her friends. She's extremely analytical, a computer nerd in not-so-secret (she builds computers! she's a bit of a programmer!!) and things like that.

    Anyway, since this is a birthday post for her, I would definitely like to focus on that aspect of things. Give her presents, feed her thirst, things like that.
